1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is not listed as non-returnable

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Grooming products that have been used
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery. We may request photos as proof to process your claim.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
